Dairy Free Raw Ice Cream
Es krim ini meski ngga pake susu tapi rasanya enakkk dan kaya rasa.
100% rich and creamy
100% guilty free
100% spoonlicking delicious...
and yet it is,
100% dairy free
100% no sugar added
100% vegan (use stevia instead of honey)
100% RAW
young coconut meat, raw cashew nuts, coconut water, honey, golden raisin, chia seeds (opt.)
Dairy Free Raw Ice Cream

Bahan:
2 butir kelapa muda, ambil dagingnya
300 ml air kelapa muda
1 cup kacang mente, rendam air matang 4 jam, tiriskan
0.5 cup golden raisin
1 sdm chia seed (optional)
madu atau stevia secukupnya
Cara:
Blender semua jadi satu hingga halus, tuang ke ice cream maker dan proses sesuai petunjuk.
Jika tanpa ice cream maker: masukkan ke freezer hingga 2/3 beku lalu blender, ulangi 3x.
Bekukan di freezer hingga saat akan disajikan.

Cherry Crumb Coffee Cake

Cake:
200 gr salted butter
0.75 c gula pasir, blender
3 telur
2/3 tsp vanilla essence
100 ml susu cair
2 c cake flour ayak dg 1 sdt baking powder
1 c kelapa parut kering
Topping:
manisan cherry kering, potong kecil, dimasak dg selai stroberi, madu dan sedikit air
Crumbs, aduk ringan:
1/2 c mixed nuts (td pake cashew almonds kenari), tumbuk /giling kasar
1/4 c terigu
1-2 tbs gula, blender
20 gr butter potong dadu kecil
Cara:
Satukan ayakan terigu dg kelapa kering, aduk rata.
Proses bahan cake dg metode standar buttercake.
Tuang ke loyang, ratakan topping diatasnya, taburi crumbs.
Oven hingga matang.
